We reserve the right to cancel any project and issue a full refund to the project creator for any reason, including but not limited to: Hate Speech or Discrimination: Projects that promote or incite hate speech, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Human Rights Violations: Projects that involve or support activities that violate human rights, including but not limited to child labor, forced labor, human trafficking, or torture. Illegal Activities: Projects that promote or facilitate illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or terrorism. Misrepresentation: Projects that contain misleading or false information about the project's purpose, goals, or use of funds. Other Harmful or Offensive Content: Projects that contain content that we deem to be harmful, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate for our platform. We will make every effort to notify project creators in advance of any project cancellations and provide a clear explanation for our decision. However, we reserve the right to cancel projects without prior notice if we believe that doing so is necessary to protect the safety and well-being of our users or to comply with applicable laws and regulations. If your project is canceled, you will receive a full refund of any funds raised. We encourage all users to report any projects that they believe violate this policy.
